Description
Extremo di Vallisto red wine comes from 100% Criolla grapes, in vineyards located in the Valle de Cafayate, Argentina.
The grapes are de-stemmed and softly pressed, to then be vinified at a controlled temperature and with the addition of selected yeasts.
In the glass it has a bright ruby color. The nose is expressed with aromas of roses, raspberries, wild strawberries and red currants, as well as citrus notes. The sip is very fresh and has a long and balanced finish.
To be paired with red meats, pork and aged cheeses.
