Description

A pure Cabernet Sauvignon, the result of a careful selection of the grapes and an equally studied maturation of the wine, directly from the vineyards of the Guadalupe Valley, in a sandy and clayey soil, which gives excellent minerality to the wine. The grapes ferment at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, while it ages in French oak barrels for a year.

Its ruby red color shines in the glass, with purple hues. The nose is intoxicated by hints of wild berries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries and a decidedly aromatic finish. On the palate it is confirmed as a champion of balance and structure, and offers a large and sumptuous sip.

It goes well with all red meats, especially if they are medium cooked. Excellent with stews, polenta, stews and medium-aged cheeses.
