Description

This Portret De Gitana is a white wine born from a skillful blend of Chardonnay and Feteasca Regala, two varieties harvested by hand to ensure a careful selection of the grapes. The combination of the two grape varieties offers a fresh and elegant aromatic expression, typical of whites of great balance.

After destemming and gentle pressing, the must is cooled to 5°C using cryomaceration techniques to encourage natural clarification and best preserve the varietal aromas. After six hours, the must is transferred to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 12°C. Aging occurs in steel until bottling.

The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, elegant floral scents are distinguished, accompanied by notes of tropical fruits, yellow peach, mango, and honey. On the palate, it is savory and endowed with good acidity, well balanced by a harmonious structure.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with goat cheese and fish-based dishes.
