Description

The Late Harvest of the Palazzone company is an Orvieto Classico Superiore DOC made with a blend of Grechetto, Procanico, Malvasia, Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

The vineyards are located at about 260 meters above sea level on soils of sedimentary and clayey origin. After the harvest carried out in September, the wine ferments in steel to follow a further period of refinement before bottling and placing on the market.

Golden yellow in color, it has hints of dried fruit on the nose finished with notes of honey. On the palate it is full and shows a certain complexity expressed by an acid vein that anticipates an intense and persistent, slightly sweet finish.

Try it with oriental first courses and grilled vegetables.
