Description
Among the best known names in Italian wine there is certainly that of Giuseppe Quintarelli, architect of the valorisation of the Valpolicella territory, with wines with an authentic, sincere and pure character. The estate extends over about ten hectares with fine vineyards that produce grapes of excellent quality. The wines are made in a simple way, with the sole purpose of highlighting the varietal characteristics of the grapes.
Bianco Secco is a wine with an original face, made with a blend of the native Garganega and Trebbiano, with the international Chardonnay. At the end of the soft pressing of the grapes, the wine is vinified in white and rests in steel tanks before being bottled.
It has a light yellow color and expresses intense aromas of citrus peel, medlar, peach, apricot and nuances of tropical fruit. Large and well-structured, it has a rich and savory, harmonious and persistent sip.
To pair with baked fish.
