Verdicchio di Matelica Riserva DOCG Mirum 2019 Monacesca

Verdicchio Mirum originates in the Marche area of Matelica, precisely in the Contrada Monacesca. The vineyard used covers an area of 3 hectares, with mainly clayey soils and north-south exposure.

The grapes are left to overripe in the plant, to then be harvested through a manual harvest. It carries out both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and stops on its fine lees. The refinement consists of 18 months in steel and 6 months in bottle. This Verdicchio Riserva is produced only in the best vintages.

At sight, straw yellow. The perfume plays on a complexity of exotic fruit, pear, almond, chamomile and bergamot flowers, accompanied by a balsamic anise trail. In the mouth the structure is full and the savory sip, in perfect balance between its components and long lasting.
