Gancia Vermouth Rosso di Torino is one of the most authentic expressions of the Piedmont tradition, produced in Canelli according to a historical recipe that blends elegance and aromatic intensity. It is made starting from a carefully selected wine base, enriched with a blend of botanicals typical of the territory.
The production process involves aromatizing the wine with extracts of herbs and spices, including prominent Piedmontese wormwood, nutmeg, and cinchona, followed by the addition of alcohol and sugar and coloring with natural caramel. The entire cycle is controlled to ensure stylistic consistency and quality over time.
With a dark red color with golden reflections, it is distinguished by a complex and deep aromatic bouquet with notes of orange, amaretto, and spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, with a pleasant bitter note balanced by sweet and fruity tones.
Perfect served neat with ice or as a base in classic cocktails such as the Negroni or the Manhattan.
