Description

The Verona Susinaro di Filippi was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Castelcerino, near Soave, in the Veneto region.

It is produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for about 10 months in steel tanks in contact with its yeasts, before being bottled.

Filippi's Verona Susinaro has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with a complex fruity bouquet of ripe plum and lemon zest, enriched with hints of dried flowers and hay. On the palate it is lively and creamy, with a pleasantly mineral finish.

This white wine is perfect to accompany fish based first and second courses and delicious appetizers. Try it with butter scallops,
