Description
Fresco di Masi Bianco is a Verona Bianco produced in the vineyards of Zuane di Rivoli Veronese, on basaltic soils rich in structure and mineral components, influenced by the cool winds of the Val d’Adige, which create ideal conditions for sustainable viticulture. It is made from a blend of Garganega, Chardonnay, and Pinot Grigio and expresses a production philosophy focused on naturalness, lightness, and immediate drinkability.
The vinification includes hand-harvesting during the coolest hours, gentle pressing of the grapes, and natural decantation at low temperature, followed by spontaneous fermentation triggered by indigenous yeasts. The process is carried out without filtration or use of wood, while aging takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, preserving the wine’s aromatic integrity and expressive freshness.
The wine displays an intense straw yellow color with slight copper highlights. On the nose, it offers fragrant aromas of white fruit, particularly pear, accompanied by delicate floral hints, while on the palate it is full and harmonious, with impressions of pineapple sweetness and acidity, supported by lively freshness that leads to a clean and persistent finish.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with light dishes based on cereals, vegetables, fish, and white meats.
