Fresco di Masi Bianco is a Verona Bianco made from a blend of Garganega, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio. It expresses a production philosophy focused on naturalness, conceived for young drinking and informal, immediate consumption.
Made from grapes harvested in the coolest hours and immediately vinified, Fresco di Masi Bianco preserves the pleasant notes of fresh fruit, from pineapple to citrus, and the delicate scents of wildflowers.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with light dishes based on cereals, vegetables, fish and white meats.
