Vino Spumante Brut Beldiletto Conti degli Azzoni

Born from an idea of the company winemaker Salvatore Lovo, Beldiletto wants to be the Marche answer to a prosecco, that is a non-Classic Method quality sparkling wine.

Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Spends 100 days in autoclave for the second fermentation according to the Charmat method.

Bright straw yellow in color, it opens to the nose on soft citrus and acacia flower aromas. In the mouth it is dry, gracefully mineral on wings of freshness.

For its characteristics, it goes well with seafood appetizers and marinara risotto. Suitable with fried fish and vegetables.
