Description
The Spumante Brut Blanc de Blancs of Villa Sparina comes from the vineyards of the Piedmont company, in the municipality of Gavi, in the province of Alessandria.
It is mainly obtained from Cortese grapes, harvested and harvested in September. This wine follows the Classic Method sparkling process and is therefore left to ferment on the lees for 24 to 36 months.
The Brut Blanc de Blancs of Villa Sparina has a pale straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. This Classic Method of Territory opens to the nose with very fresh and typical aromas of the Piedmontese autochthonous blend. It is exalted in the mouth thanks to a great acidity and a very intriguing minerality.
It is well suited to the aperitif moment, it is also excellent to accompany light appetizers.
