Description

The box contains 2 bottles of Caprice rosé sparkling wine, perfect for the best toasts in company.

Caprice Brut Rosè by Capri Moonlight is a fresh and fragrant sparkling wine, born from the best Aglianico grapes.

The whole grapes are pressed without destemming, with a short maceration on the skins to extract the colour. Fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature for 10 days. Finally the wine remains in a pressurized tank for 5 months after the second fermentation.

In the glass the wine appears pale pink. Notes of red fruit and yeast notes emerge on the nose. The sip is fresh and harmonious. An ideal rosé sparkling wine to be shared during an aperitif, but also suitable to accompany appetizers and first courses based on fish and vegetables.
