Description
The Millesimé Pas Dosé Metodo Classico by Mirizzi is a refined sparkling wine, produced from Verdicchio grapes grown in the Vigneto Eroico of Monte Roberto, in the Marche region. The vineyard is north-facing and cultivated on sandy marl and sandstone soils.
The vinification follows the traditional white method at controlled temperature. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages for 10 months on its noble lees with batonnage. Subsequently, the wine undergoes the prise de mousse in bottle, where it remains for a further 60 months on the lees. After disgorgement, the wine is further refined in bottle before release.
This quality sparkling wine displays a deep straw yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose, it offers complex and varied aromas with clear notes of broom flowers. On the palate, it is elegant, persistent, and satisfying, with hints of bread crust and pastry notes.
It pairs perfectly with crustaceans, shellfish, and raw seafood.
