Description

Special edition of the Mionetto Luxury Collection line dedicated to the founder Sergio, the Ice Edition is a younger and more dynamic version of the Cuvée Sergio , the iconic label of the Venetian sparkling wine house.

It is obtained from a blend of native grapes, harvested in the sparkling wine areas of Veneto and Trentino. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave with the Charmat method.

It dresses the glass of a beautiful straw yellow, animated by a subtle and persistent perlage. It gives the nose lively scents of white flowers and apple on a pleasant background of wild apple. The mouth is agile and full of freshness, sweet and fruity.

The Cuvée Sergio Ice Edition was created for an aperitif and for serving with ice. Suitable as an alternative together with delicate appetizers, vegetable flan and finger food. Try it with fresh red fruit, currants and pomegranate above all.
