Directly from the vineyards of Western Australia, the Burch Family Wines company has been producing wines since 1986 that tell the magic of this land so far away, such as Madfish Pinot Nero, a young and fruity red that originates from grapes grown in Western Australia, from the vineyards of Great Southern.

A young, exuberant Pinot Noir in purity presents itself to our eyes with an intense, lively and luminous ruby red color. The nose offers a bouquet of intense ripe berries, such as currants and raspberries, with spicy notes just mentioned. The sip is rich, velvety and enveloping, with a slight freshness and balanced tannins. A decidedly fruity red, with aromas and flavors that inebriate the glass.

Ideal to drink on the occasion of parties and dinners with friends, it marries wonderfully first courses based on white meat sauce and second courses based on white meats and game. Try it with the rabbit.
