The production philosophy of Notte Rossa is oriented to the enhancement of the indigenous Apulian varieties and accomplishes the feat of touching the moon with iconic wines , in different versions from the youngest to the prestigious Reserves.

Emblematic is the corpulent Primitivo di Manduria Riserva DOC , coming from selected ancient vines in the province of Taranto . Wine with a very intense ruby red color, it brings to the nose a rich and complex aroma, in which fruity hints of plum and cherry jam are clearly distinguished, which leave room for elegant notes of licorice and tobacco thanks to the 18 months of aging in wood. Full-bodied and soft on the palate, with a satisfying and persistent finish with tones of coffee, cocoa and vanilla, it will be excellent in the company of game and autumn red meats. The wine range is completed by other interesting red wines like the famous Bascià (94 pt Luca Maroni), fresh white wines like Vermentino and Fiano and two new sparkling wines.
