Torre Rosazza

From a very old terroir for the production of wine such as that of the Colli Orientali del Friuli , where viticulture was first introduced by the Romans, and later continued with great dedication by the Benedictine monks of the Abbey of Rosazzo , the Torre Rosazza company was born, real pioneer of these hills.

In 1974 the company was taken over by Genagricola who, through a study and zoning process of the 90 hectares of vines , identified the qualities and characteristics of each individual land in order to be able to better interpret the qualities of the individual typical Friulian vines . Over the years, thanks to the study and knowledge of Walter Filiputti, Torre Rosazza has embarked on a path totally dedicated to innovation , detaching itself from the local winemaking traditions and winking at the most refined French winemaking techniques .

With this in mind, the great whites of Torre Rosazza, such as the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC Pinot Grigio , the recent winner of the Three glasses of the Gambero Rosso ; or also the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC Sauvignon , a fresh but decisive wine, with strong aromas of flowers and fruits, which is perfect to accompany fish-based dinners.
