Domaine de Vauroux's Chablis comes from a very characteristic Burgundian terroir, characterized by the presence of millennial marl known as kimmeridge, which gives the wines accentuated mineral properties. It is a difficult terrain for cultivation which penalizes yields but ensures a greater concentration of aromas and flavours.

The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, with fermentation at low temperature and a final ageing in bottle that goes from 12 to 18 months.

The Chablis Le Beaunois by Labouré-Roi is sourced from vineyards located on the hillsides along the Serein Valley, in the heart of the Chablis appellation.
