It is produced exclusively with Magliocco grapes, harvested by hand during the first ten days of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with maceration for 15 days. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with a maceration period of 7-10 days. Subsequently, the wine matures in the same containers for about 3 years before being bottled.

It is produced exclusively with Gaglioppo grapes harvested between the second half of September and the beginning of October. It is produced exclusively with Greco Bianco grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand around mid-September. The vinification takes place in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks with a soft pressing of the grapes, and subsequently the must matures in the same containers, before being bottled.
