Sicilia DOC is a general appellation, which covers the whole territory of Sicily.
The specification provides for the production of sparkling wine, white, rosé and red wines. The most used grape varieties are: catarratto, inzolia, chardonnay, grecanico, grillo, carricante, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, viogner, muscat of Alexandria, nero d'Avola, frappato, nerello mascalese, perricone, nocera, cabernet sauvignon and syrah.
Sicilia DOC Grillo Suliccenti 2022 Terre di Giurfo
The Suliccenti white wine is produced by Terre di Giurfo, an estate located in south-eastern Sicily, along the Dirillo River valley on the border between the municipalities of Licodia Eubea and the Iblea province.
