105 Scotch Whisky Glenfarclas

Glenfarclas 105 is a superb single malt scotch whiskey produced from locally harvested barley and pure, soft water from the melting snow of Ben Rinnes, one of the most important mountains in the entire Speyside. It is a cask-strenght whiskey aged in barrels that previously contained carefully selected Sherry Fino and Oloroso, which is bottled while maintaining the high alcohol content that it manages to develop in the barrel. The distillate does not report the aging period but, based on the style of the distillery, it can be estimated that it is at least 8-10 years old.

At sight it is dark brown with golden reflections. The nose is complex and intense, with aromas of oak, apple and walnuts, which combine with pleasant toasted and caramel hints. On the palate it is dry and spicy, with a clear prevalence of oak aromas and fruity notes typical of sherry, to which is added a touch of "rancor" characteristic of the highest quality spirits. The finish is soft and warm, slightly peppery and smoked.

Perfect for meditation, it is advisable to dilute it with a few drops of water so that you can explore its exceptional depth.
