Description
The Pupazza Extra Dry from the Santero 958 line is a limited edition sparkling wine whose packaging has been entirely curated by the artist Eleonora De Giuseppe, known worldwide for her oneiric-psychedelic creations.
It is produced from white berried grapes, which are harvested entirely by hand. After a fermentation in steel for 15-20 days at controlled temperature, the base wine undergoes fermentation in the autoclave according to the dictates of the Martinotti-Charmat method.
It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and has a fine and persistent perlage. It gives the nose a large and intense bouquet, with notes of flowers and white fruit. On the palate it is fresh, satisfying and full.
Suitable as an aperitif, it goes well with fish or white meat dishes.
