Description

Abruzzo Pecorino Nativa from Tenuta Ulisse was born in the heart of the vineyards of the Chieti area in Abruzzo.

It is entirely produced from Pecorino grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in cement tanks at uncontrolled temperature and without any filtration. Subsequently the wine ages in cement tanks and in bottles, before being released on the market.

Abruzzo Pecorino Nativae is characterized by a straw yellow color, with light greenish reflections. The nose opens with a fruity bouquet, with light floral hints and citrus notes. On the palate it is pleasantly savory and juicy, with a slightly acidic finish that gives freshness and elegance to the palate.

Excellent in combination with pasta dishes with fish sauce, it is ideal to accompany roast meats and second courses of fresh grilled fish.
