Description

Venturini Baldini Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is mainly produced with cooked grape must and wine vinegar, resting for at least 3 years in oak barrels. Natural product, it does not require the addition of dyes or caramel to stabilize the color.

It has a characteristic dark brown color and a full-bodied and consistent appearance. On the nose it is fine and enveloping, pleasantly elegant and harmonious, with hints of ripe grapes. In the mouth it is full and persistent, with remarkable softness and persistence.

It enriches aged cheeses, white and red meats. It goes well with fruit, sweets in general and ice cream.
