Venturini Baldini's Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia Argento is made exclusively from cooked must of Italian grapes which ages for at least 20 years in barrels of different woods.

Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia Silver by Venturini Baldini is characterized by a glossy black color and a great density. The nose expresses intense aromas that tend to sweet. Soft and sweet on the palate, it offers sensations of fullness, structure and great character.

Ideal raw in mayonnaise or in sauces for boiled and fish, it is perfect for seasoning first courses, rich or noble dishes such as beef fillet and goose liver.
