Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP Extravecchio Giuseppe Giusti

The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Extravecchio is produced by Acetaia Giusti, founded in 1605. The medals have a historical value and recall those won by Acetaia Giusti on the occasion of the Great National and International Exhibitions during the 1900s. The labels are still today those designed at the beginning of the last century.

This vinegar is a unique and precious product. The slow and long aging, in ancient batteries composed of casks of different woods, according to the ancient system of "Rincalzi e Travasi", creates a thick and round vinegar.

It is characterized by the richness of ripe fruit aromas accompanied by spicy and tobacco notes.

Suitable for enriching aged cheeses, pasta dishes and beef.
