Description

Pinot Blanc branded Trimbach rises from the vineyards around Ribeauvillé, immersed in the wonderful Alsatian climate which benefits from the protection from the winds and rains offered by the Vosges mountains. In particular, they extend to the border between the mountain range and the Black Forest, on a terroir composed of a limestone base and layers of biodegraded shell fossils which take the name "Muschelkalk".

After the grapes have been transferred, the must ferments in stainless steel and cement tanks, then remains in the cellar for 2 years to find the correct balance between fruit and freshness.

The appearance has a straw yellow color with greenish veins. On the nose it offers an enveloping mix of white flowers and apricot. Pleasant, dry and balanced wine, it has a round and refreshing sip.

Excellent as an aperitif for official or formal occasions, it is excellent with cold cuts and appetizers, as well as with delicious seafood.
