Alta Langa Riserva DOCG Cuvée 60 Mesi 2009 Gancia

The Cuvée 60 Months Riserva Millesimato Metodo Classico from Gancia was born in the historic farm estate, located in the famous Alta Langa production area.

Obtained with the assembly of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, the wine, after a soft pressing, carried out with the old Marmonnier press, and a fermentation in barrique and steel, is stored in steel containers until the time of preparation of the cuvée and the draft. The sparkling process follows the canons of the Classic Method, with fermentation in the bottle for about 40 days and subsequent rest in the cellar for 60 months.

It is characterized by a golden yellow color, with a creamy and persistent foam. The nose offers intense sensations of ripe fruit, with vanilla notes and strong aromas of yeasts in the background. On the palate the acidic and creamy components are enhanced, which make the persistence decisive and intense at the mouth very pleasant.

Perfect for the aperitif moment, it is ideal in combination with light appetizers, first courses and risotto.
