Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC Chardonnay 2016 Kellerei Meran Burggräfler

The Alto Adige Chardonnay of Kellerei Meran Burggräfler was born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Merano, Scena and Lagundo, in the province of Bolzano.

It is produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages on its lees for 5 months, before being bottled.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with enveloping aromas of exotic fruits such as banana and pineapple, enriched with notes of ripe apple. On the palate it is fresh and soft, with a harmonious and pleasantly persistent aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany fish and seafood dishes, it is ideal in combination with risotto and white meats.
