Description

The Alto Adige Pinot Noir of the Kellerei Meran Burggräfler winery is born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Merano, Tirolo, Lagunda and Lana, in the province of Bolzano.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in small oak barrels and used barriques before bottling.

It has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with refined hints of cherry and raspberry. On the palate it is structured, slightly tannic and with a pleasantly soft aftertaste.

Suitable to accompany game, suckling lamb and roasted rabbit, it is perfect to combine with hard mature cheeses.
