Description

The Rosen Musketeller was born in the vineyards of Erste + Neue, a very interesting reality in the South Tyrolean wine scene.

This sweet wine is made entirely from Moscato Rosa grapes, harvested towards the end of September. During the winemaking process, the fermentation phase is stopped with the forced lowering of the temperatures, to obtain the desired sugar residue. Subsequently the product ages in French oak barriques for at least 12 months.

Intense ruby red in color, this sweet Moscato Rosa is striking for the great elegance and aromaticity presented in the aromas, with notes of rose and cloves, typical of the grape variety. In the mouth it is finely sweet, with a great overall harmony that affects those who taste it.

To be consumed within 5 years, Rosen Musketeller goes well with all kinds of desserts and dry pastries. Special with dark chocolate.
