Description
Alto Adige Val Venosta Pinot Bianco di Falkenstein is born in vineyards located on the north side of Val Venosta, in the Naturno area.
It is produced exclusively with Pinot Bianco grapes. Fermentation takes place in acacia wood barrels for 7-10 weeks, after which the wine ages in the same containers for 9 months, before being bottled.
This Pinot Blanc is characterized by a bright yellow color. The nose opens with a fruity bouquet, with hints of citrus and plums, enriched with pleasant notes of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it is enveloping, sapid and of great elegance. The wine has a slender, vibrant body with a very long finish.
Perfect to accompany appetizers and white meats, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes.
