Description
This Pinot Noir from Falkenstein is born in vineyards located on the north side of the Val Venosta, in the Naturno area.
It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, then the wine ages in barrique for 24 months before being bottled.
It is characterized by a garnet red color. The nose opens with intense fruity hints of black currant, enriched with pleasant woody notes. On the palate it is rich and full, pleasantly decisive and intense. The wine has a balanced structure with fruity aromas.
Perfect to accompany fish and stewed meat dishes, it is ideal in combination with dishes with meat sauce and roasts.
