Südtirol - Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC Gewürztraminer 2016 Pacher Hof

The Valle Isarco Gewürztraminer of Pacher Hof was born in vineyards located on the slopes of the Pacher Hof estate in Novacella, in the heart of South Tyrol.

It is produced exclusively with Gewürztraminer grapes. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in barriques and partly in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for about 10 months, and for a further period in the bottle.

This Gewürztraminer is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with aromatic hints, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of cloves. On the palate it is intense and full-bodied, with a pleasant aromatic aftertaste.

Perfect to accompany fish, shellfish and sushi dishes, it is ideal in combination with noble poultry and seafood.
