Südtirol - Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC Sylvaner 2017 Pacher Hof

The Valle Isarco Sylvaner of Pacher Hof was born in vineyards located on the slopes of the Pacher Hof estate in Novacella, in the heart of South Tyrol.

It is produced exclusively with Sylvaner grapes. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in barriques and partly in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently the wine ages in barriques for about 10 months, and for a further period in the bottle.

This Sylvaner is characterized by a straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. The nose opens with fruity hints, enriched with aromas reminiscent of freshly cut hay. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, with a pleasant aroma of peaches and gooseberries.

Perfect to accompany appetizers, it is ideal in combination with fish and vegetable dishes.
