Amaro Villa Zarri
Description
Amaro Zarri refers to the original recipe kept for half a century by the Zarri family which involves the infusion in alcohol at a low temperature of 28 very precious herbs and aromatic roots including quassio, rhubarb, absinthe, columbus, licorice, mint, cinchona, gentian, bitter and sweet orange peel. Its organoleptic characteristics are enhanced by a stay of many months in steel, after which it is brought to the ideal alcohol content for the consumption of 35 degrees alcohol.
Brown in color with gold-green reflections, the nose is distinguished by complexity and elegance, with an aromatic range that offers a cornucopia of aromas ranging from orange peel, rhubarb, mint, with a subsequent olfactory trail that recalls the gentian, aloe and cinchona bark, enriched with hints of dried plums, licorice and roasting coffee. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, rightly warm with balsamic echoes.
Invigorating and digestive, it is a small delicacy to be dedicated to the conclusion of a meal.
