Description
Amarone Moscheta Nera Centoterre was born in Valpolicella and is made up of the classic red grapes with which this famous Veneto wine is produced: Corvina Veronese, Corvinone and Rondinella.
The harvested grapes are left to dry for at least 4 months with a weight loss of at least 40%. They are therefore vinified in thermoregulated steel tanks with a 20-day maceration. This is followed by aging in oak barrels for at least 18 months.
The wine is characterized by an intense ruby red color with garnet hues. The nose opens with an intense bouquet of ripe plums and chocolate. On the palate it is warm and round, with soft tannins and a persistent finish.
This wine is perfect to accompany roasts, game and aged cheeses.
