Description

Paul Herpe's Clape Cuvée IV Génération was born in vineyards located in the Languedoc-Roussillon region, a renowned French wine-growing area with a long tradition behind it.

It is produced with Grenache and Syrah grapes, subjected to skin maceration before vinification. In particular, fermentation takes place slowly and at low temperature. The wine is then left to age for a few months in the bottle, before being put on the market.

Paul Herpe's Cuvée IV Génération is characterized by a petal pink color. The nose is elegant and delicate, with hints of raspberry and strawberry. On the palate it is refreshing and fruity, with a light body and ready to be tasted.

Ideal as an aperitif, it is perfect to accompany grilled meats, salads or pizza.
