Description

The Cuvée 24 Months Millesimato Metodo Classico was born in the historic Gancia cellars located in Canelli, within the Asti DOCG.

Produced exclusively with Moscato grapes, the wine, obtained by soft pressing and fermentation in steel, is kept in containers until the time of preparation of the cuvée and subsequent draft. The sparkling wine follows the canons of the Classic Method, with fermentation in the bottle for about 40 days and subsequent rest in the cellar for 24 months.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose offers an aromatic and very typical perfume, with sensations of Muscat grapes, followed by notes of wisteria and acacia flowers and aromas of peach and apricot. On the palate the sweetness is enhanced, however very fine and elegant.

Perfect with creamy desserts and dry pastries.
