Description

The Bagnoli Bianco Classico Sant'Andrea of Il Dominio winery was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Bagnoli di Sopra, in the heart of the homonymous DOC.

It is produced with Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Friularo grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine ages in cement tanks for 6 months before being bottled.

Bianco Classico Sant'Andrea from Il Dominio has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with aromas of tomato leaf, enriched with notes of passion fruit, sage and jasmine. On the palate it is harmonious and balanced, with a persistent and pleasantly almondy finish.

This white is ideal in combination with smoked salmon, grilled noble fish and fresh mountain cheeses.
