Asili is located south of the village of Barbaresco and has been known for centuries for the quality of its grapes. The vineyards are located on limestone-clayey soils with the presence of sands and enjoy a sunny south-west exposure.

The grapes are fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 30 ° C, with a maceration of the skins for about 30 days. The wine rests for 36 months in large oak barrels and ends the refinement with 9 months in the bottle.

In the glass it has a garnet color, the olfactory profile is elegant and austere, with floral, currant and licorice root aromas. The sip gives delicate and harmonious aromas, with a fine and well chiseled tannin.
