Description
Barbera D'Asti Superiore di Noceto Michelotti is born in vineyards located among the soft hills of the high Monferrato, in Castel Boglione, in the heart of the province of Asti.
It is produced exclusively with Barbera grapes, harvested only by hand. After fermentation, the wine ages in aged oak barrels before being bottled.
It is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with delicate aromas of ripe blackberries, enriched with pleasant spicy notes and light vanilla nuances. On the palate it is pleasantly harmonious and characterized by a balanced acidity. The wine has ripe tannins.
Perfect to accompany fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with white meats.
