Description
The Château Du Tariquet company has distilled the precious Gascogne nectar for many, many years, until it is recognized today as one of the main distilleries producing excellent quality.
It is a wine distillate, obtained starting from a blend of 60% Ugni Blanc and 40% of Baco. The distillation takes place on the wines of the last harvest, through the use of historical stills made of copper and still heated with wood. This process is followed by an aging of at least 7 years in oak barrels.
Its color oscillates between the thousand shades of amber. The nose opens a complexity of plum, oriental spices, bread and candied orange peel. The taste is decisive and full of personality, recalling balsamic and sandalwood notes. Balance and body animate the sip.
To be enjoyed at the end of the meal.
