Description

Basilicata Il Nibbio Bianco comes from the vineyards of Cantine Strapellum, owned by Cantine di Palma located on the slopes of the Vulture.

It is produced exclusively with Aglianico grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 9 months in oak barriques and for another 3 months in bottle, before being placed on the market.

Cantine Strapellum's white kite has an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with a delicate bouquet of white fruit and vanilla, enriched with notes of white flowers. On the palate it is sapid and enveloping, with a pleasantly persistent and aromatic finish.

Perfect for accompanying slightly aged fresh cheeses, this wine is ideal in combination with fish and white meat dishes.
