Belle de Poire & Cognac Brillet

Belle de Brillet Poire & Cognac is a cognac-based liqueur from the Brillet maison, owner of 65 hectares of vineyards located between the heart of Grande Champagne and the banks of the Charente in Petite Champagne. Family-run, the maison guarantees extreme attention in the care of the entire production cycle, from the vineyard to bottling. This liqueur comes from the union of Brillet cognac with Williams pears harvested at full ripeness, crushed and macerated in the distillate, ensuring a content of 10 kilos of fruit for each bottle.

It has an amber color. The bouquet on the nose stands out for its expressive finesse, with intense pear aromas that harmonize perfectly with the notes of vanilla and sultanas. The attack on the palate is soft and enveloping, with a balanced taste that extends into a velvety persistence.

Ideal after a meal, it can be paired with white chocolate or a tasty fruit cake.
