Description
Casata Monfort's Brut Nature Blanc de Sers sparkling wine comes from vineyards located on the terraced hills of Serso and Viarago, in the Trentino municipality of Perigina Valsugana.
It is produced with Valderbara, Vernaz and Nosiola grapes, harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, in the absence of skins, in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of about 18 ° C. After resting on the lees, the wine begins its second fermentation, according to the Classic Method, which is followed by an aging on the lees for 9 months.
The Blanc de Sers of Casata Monfort has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a delicate bouquet of white flowers, enriched with light notes of green apple and hay. On the palate it is sapid
Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with light appetizers, fish dishes, but also soups and mushrooms.
