Blanquette de Limoux AOC Brut Methode Traditionelle Paul Herpe et Fils
Description
Paul Herpe's Blanquette de Limoux Brut was born in vineyards located on the Languedoc hills, in the foothills of the Pyrenees, France.
It is mainly produced with Mauzac grapes and with Chenin and Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. After the classic winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, with aging on its lees
Paul Herpe's Blanquette de Limoux Brut is characterized by a straw yellow color. The nose opens with delicate yellow fruit aromas. On the palate it is light, fresh and refreshing, with pleasant elegance.
Bubbly throughout the meal, it is excellent to serve as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to dessert.
