Bolgheri DOC Sassi Sparsi 2018

The Bolgheri Sassi Sparsi di Rocca delle Macie is born near Castagneto Carducci, from vineyards belonging to the Piccoli Cerbaro family, selected with the help of the Zingarelli family. A land composed mainly of stones, a marine climate caressed by the breeze and the wild nature that surrounds the Vingeti are the ingredients for this unique expression of the Bolgheri terroir.

Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot the blend. It is obtained from a controlled temperature fermentation with maceration of about 8-10 days on the skins. It ages in wood and refines in the bottle before being placed on the market.

Intense ruby red color. The nose is broad and intense, with hints that recall red-fleshed fruit and delicate notes of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is fresh, elegant and well structured, with a pleasant aromatic persistence at the end of the mouth.

Very versatile in combinations, it divinely accompanies appetizers and main courses based on red meat.
