In this trunk there are three unique pieces from Bolgheri di Allegrini. The Bolgheri Rosso Il Seggio is inspired by the name of the largest waterway in the municipality of Castagneto Carducci; a dense and concentrated wine but at the same time fresh and flowing. The red fruit is enriched with mineral and spicy notes that make it the most suitable wine for pairings with spit roasts, wild boar meats and smoked ricotta.

SoloSole is a white with a clean and pure character, with grapes harvested once it has reached a very intense yellow color, the result of excellent exposure to the sun. Its notes of stone fruit and flint stone anticipate a long and savory sip. It is exalted with raw fish and fried fish or with vegetable dishes.

Finally, Cassiopea is the culmination of years of tradition in Bolgheri of rosatist production, born in the small but precious plot of Pagus Cerbaia, with sedimentary soil, in which the Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes manage to develop fully. The characteristics of these vines are enhanced by a fermentation that takes place partly in amphora and partly in oak barrels. The result is a rosé wine with fresh and spring floral aromas, to be combined with a chicken with peppers, stewed rabbit meat seasoned with tomato sauce, or even with a sea bass with salt served on a bed of black olives.
