Bolgheri Superiore DOC Atis 2011 Podere Guado al Melo

Bolgheri Superiore Atis del Podere Guado al Melo was born in the renowned vineyards located in the Bolgehri DOC area, in Tuscany.

It is mainly produced with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc Merlot grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, the wine ages for about 24 months in oak barriques on fine lees and for another 12 months in bottle before being marketed.

Bolgheri Superiore Atis is characterized by a deep red color. It is a wine that takes time, as it has a complex and refined perfume, rich in gustatory notes that gradually evolve in the glass. The bouquet he initially gives us is spicy, enriched with hints of red fruits, licorice and mint. On the palate it is soft, balanced, pleasantly structured and long.

Ideal to serve with seasoned cheeses and first courses with savory meat sauces, it is perfect to accompany red meats and tasty game-based recipes.
